I build things and help people actually change how they work.
Fifteen years inside banks and credit unions taught me that new tools don't change how people work. People do. These days I spend my spare hours building with AI, mostly for my own family, and writing down what actually happened.
Selected builds
Things I've made, and what broke.
Each one starts with a real problem, shows what I made, and is honest about what didn't work.
Featured build
Dojo Dash
A Japanese learning game my son actually asks to play. Every right answer powers up his soccer team.

Forty AI agents that run my goals, research and side projects. I only ever talk to one of them.
Read the buildCalm Sidelines
Five questions, and a soccer parent gets a playbook for their own kid's age: what to do at home, which programs make sense, and what to say in the car.
Read the buildBuild Night
One night a week, a kid builds something real with AI. The kid owns the problem, and the grown-up brings the questions. I'm testing Season 1 with my son now. The full build write-up comes after the first few nights, once I know what broke.
See the cardsHow I work
Three things I keep coming back to.
Builder, not theorist
I ship working things and show them, including the parts that broke. A demo beats a slide.
Teacher and coach
On the field with my son's teams and anywhere people are learning something new. The credit I want is other people getting better.
Pattern recognition
Fifteen years inside banks and credit unions. I started building with AI before it was obvious, and I watch what people actually do with it.

Tell me what you'd build.
If one of these made you think of something you'd make, I'd like to hear about it.
